BOSS / FAST Combine for Historic Kokomo Doubleheader

Less than a year ago, the FAST on Dirt winged 410 sprint car tour merged under the same ownership with the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (BOSS) for traditional non wing sprints. With the 2019 season winding down, the two tours will come together for their final 3 events. First up in this trio of doubles will happen this Sunday, September 29th at the legendary Kokomo Speedway in Indiana. Indy Race Parts owner Bernie Stuebgen stepped up along with the O'Connor's at Kokomo Speedway, Scott Ronk and Chalk Stix to help make this event possible. The NAPA Auto Parts/FAST winged 410 sprints will be racing for a $3,000 to win payday with $300 to start the main event. This will be their first ever Kokomo appearance. Lockbourne, Ohio's Cole Duncan is the current point leader over Lee Jacobs, Tyler Gunn, Jordan Harble and Cody Bova. For the wingless warriors of BOSS, this will mark their third appearance at Kokomo. Last year, 2014 tour champion Mike Miller claimed the win during the rescheduled Kokomo Smackdown. This year, it was current point leader, Matt Westfall, claiming the BOSS Smackdown main event just a month ago. The BOSS portion will pay $2,000 to win and $250 to start on Sunday. Following Westfall in the points are Cody Gardner, Dustin Ingle, Kory Crabtree along with Dustin Webber completing the top 5. Pit gates will open at 3 pm with general admission gates at 4. Hot laps will begin at 6 with racing at 7. This program consists of only the 2 sprint car divisions, so we expect a swift moving program. General admission is $20 with kids 12 and under free. Pit passes are $35 for all ages. No mufflers are required. Transponders will be provided free of charge by the race track. There are no membership or entry fees with BOSS/FAST. For the FAST winged 410 teams competing, you will get a hot lap session in your heat race group. You will qualify 2 cars at a time. All cars must be on 4 corner Hoosier tires.
