Fremont, OH (May 19th, 2014) - Fremont/Attica Sprint Title (F.A.S.T.) competition continued during the recent weekend; with the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series, and the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series, each hosting sprint car events at their usual weekend destinations in northwestern Ohio. Each series would go on to crown two (2) different winners over the course of the weekend; continuing the impressive streak of no repeat winners during F.A.S.T. competition in 2014.

Dale Blaney and Brian Lay each earned Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service feature victories during the recent weekend. Blaney, who is the all-time feature win leader (100) with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions, earned the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series victory on Friday night, May 16th at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio. ‘The Lowrider’ would hold off defending F.A.S.T. champion, Craig Mintz, for the $3,000 victory. Brian Lay, a Millbury, Ohio native, earned the F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series main event victory on Saturday night, May 17th at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. The $2,500 victory was a career-first for Brian Lay at the Fremont oval.

Jason Keckler would earn the JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro feature win on Friday night, May 16th at the Attica Raceway Park. Keckler would solidify his appearance in victory lane with a last lap pass; driving under race leader Tyler Gunn while exiting turn #4 on the final circuit. The win was a career-first for Jason Keckler at Attica Raceway Park.

F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series competition then continued on Saturday evening, May 17th at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. T.J. Michael, a young Texas native, scored the ‘305’ sprint car victory on Saturday night. It was Michael's second-career main event win at the Fremont oval.

Craig Mintz still finds himself on top of the current Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service standings with 669 points. Mintz, who remains winless during F.A.S.T. competition thus far in 2014, will lead Caleb Griffith (645), Chris Andrews (642), Bryon Reed (625) and Saturday night winner, Brian Lay (600), into action at Attica Raceway Park on June 6th. Mintz is in search of a third-career F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series title. The 2014 championship is worth $10,000.

John Ivy remains in control of the JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro point standings with 554 points. Steve Rando (548), Dustin Dinan (545), Jordan Ryan (511) and Jimmy Colvin (509) follow. Ivy has earned one (1) victory during F.A.S.T. ‘305’ action in 2014; that taking shape on Friday evening, April 18th at Attica Raceway Park. The 2014 F.A.S.T. ‘305’ Championship Series champion will earn $2,000.

The Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service will be back in action on Friday night, June 6th (Night #7) at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio.
